Perhaps someone who can speak German well can help me out here.. but this says something like “when stone is wet, it is raining… when stone is cold, it is snowing…”

Then it goes: When stone is white it is snowing. When stone is moving it’s windy. When you can’t see the stone it’s foggy. When the stone is gone it was stolen
